The WUSEN evaporative cooling pad system is used in systems that require efficient cooling. It can be used for various cooling purposes, but is particularly suitable for evaporative cooling in poultry houses.
Evaporative cooling technology
Water is circulated through the pump station in the system and supplied to the top of the cooling pad through the distribution pipe on the guide plate. Water flows down the corrugated surface of the evaporative cooling pad. Part of the water is evaporated by dry warm air passing through the evaporative cooling pad.
The remaining water is used to clean the evaporative cooling pad and discharged back to the pump station through a ditch system. The heat required for evaporation comes from the air itself. Therefore, during the evaporation process, no external energy supply is required, and the air leaving the evaporation pad can be cooled and humidified simultaneously: this is a completely natural cooling process, which is nature’s own cooling process.
