The plastic evaporative cooling pad is made of a special paper honeycomb structure material, and the wet curtain system uses the physical phenomenon of “water evaporation to absorb heat” to achieve cooling. Specifically, when the cooling system is in operation, water flows from top to bottom under the influence of Earth’s gravity, forming a water film on the corrugated fiber surface of the cooling pad. At this point, the air quickly flows through the cooling pad, and the water in the water film absorbs the heat in the air and evaporates, taking away a large amount of heat, thereby achieving the purpose of cooling the interior of the shed.

 

The cooling pad system has the characteristics of high water absorption, strong evaporative cooling efficiency, high strength without deformation, suitable for positive and negative pressure devices, durability, energy conservation and environmental protection. It is usually used in conjunction with negative pressure fans in the application scenarios of pig farming. The cooling pad is installed on one end of the gable or side wall of the enclosed building, and the fan is installed on the other end of the gable or side wall. The cooling fan extracts indoor air, generating negative pressure to force outdoor air to flow through the porous wet curtain surface, converting a large amount of heat in the air and forcing the air entering the room to decrease by 10-15 ℃, and continuously introducing it into the room for heatstroke prevention and cooling.
