1. Working Principle
Industrial evaporative air coolers use the principle of evaporative cooling of outdoor fresh air to cool the room, and perform convection ventilation with the room to achieve the purpose of indoor ventilation and cooling. It is surrounded by honeycomb cooling pads made of special materials with a large surface area, which are continuously humidified through a water circulation system. When the fan is running, the air cooler generates negative pressure, causing the air outside the machine to flow through the porous moist cooling pad into the machine. The evaporation of water on the cooling pad absorbs heat, forcing the air passing through the cooling pad to cool down. At the same time, because the water on the cooling pad evaporates into the air flowing through the pad, the humidity of the air is increased, so the evaporative air cooler has the dual function of cooling and humidifying.
