  1. Deodorizing filter

The deodorizing filter is a kind of filter material specially used in the breeding field. The material is made of copolymerized PP, which is aging-resistant, easy to clean, long in life, and has good gas-liquid distribution.

  1. Sprinkler system

After being transported by the stainless steel centrifugal pump, it reaches the spray terminal/nozzle through the PVC pipe, and the water vapor is sprayed out through the spiral nozzle under pressure, and evenly sprayed to the deodorizing filter, thereby removing the ammonia in the air.

  1. Dosing system

While the dosing system presses out the water, the liquid deodorant installed at the bottom of the container is added into the circulation system through the dosing pump.

  1. Sewage system

After the circulating water becomes polluted, the sewage is discharged through the sewage system. Add clean water. So as to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

  1. Control system

Power electronic equipment used for gas emission filtration in poultry and livestock houses, it will automatically control the deodorization equipment to filter the odor, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and high efficiency.

Introduction of deodorizing mode

Horizontal Ventilation Deodorization Mode

The exhaust gas from the pig house is sent to the washing filter wall after statistics. There is a spray device in front of the washing wall. After the exhaust gas is sprayed, the humidity increases to form a gas-liquid mixture. Part of the ammonia gas and dust are absorbed by the water mist and settle into the pool with the water flow for vulcanization. Hydrogen and ammonia, etc. are captured by the biological bacteria attached to the surface of the deodorization module, decomposed and absorbed, and the pig house exhaust gas is thus purified.

In order to ensure the activity of biological bacteria, the water storage tank is equipped with PH and LF testing equipment. The system can automatically adjust the pH, spray volume, water replenishment, etc. in time to ensure that the biological colonies are in the best active state.

The biological pool is equipped with a water tank filter to reduce the damage of sewage to the pump, and the recycled water is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.

Tunnel ventilation deodorization mode

When the same deodorization method is used, the working principle of the vertical ventilation deodorization mode is the same as that of the horizontal ventilation deodorization mode, the biggest difference is that the airflow direction is different. Longitudinal ventilation can properly extend the height of the vertical channel and increase the thickness of the washing module group to obtain more working surfaces, which is not available in horizontal ventilation.

In some large farms or pig houses with a large amount of exhaust gas (such as fattening houses), the two ventilation modes are often used in combination to obtain better deodorization effects.

Conventionally, it is believed that the core process that affects deodorization efficiency lies in the process of changing pollutants from gas phase to liquid phase. However, the experimental research of Gomori Environmental Control shows that improving deodorization efficiency should not only target easily soluble substances, but also improve refractory substances. The treatment efficiency of degradation products is the key to the pursuit of efficient deodorization.
